Vanessa Montoro pieces are handcrafted, one by one, and may be made to order after the order is confirmed. For this reason, the timeframe provided at checkout refers exclusively to the shipping time after the order has been dispatched.
Production time may vary depending on the style, color, size, or availability at the time of purchase.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information via their registered email address.
For international orders, taxes, customs duties, and any charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price and are the customer's responsibility.
If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address or is not available to receive the delivery, additional reshipping costs may be charged.
