Exchanges and Returns

Read below the regulation to effect the exchange and/or the return of your order:


The customer has up to 7 working days to communicate the intention of exchanging and returning the merchandise.

In case of manufacturing defect, the deadline is 30 calendar days after the receivement.


In the reasons below, the shipping is borne by the consumer:

– The product did not meet expectations.

We exchange your product free of charge for the following reasons:

– Product with manufacturing defect (unused; for used merchandising check topic 4);

– Shipping error such as: Sizes, Colors, etc.


Choose the desired product instead (taking into account the availability in our studio) and indicate the choice through our service channels.

The choice of a new product must be limited to the value of the original merchandise or, if there is a difference, payment must be made by bank transfer or bank deposit.


The products of our store are guaranteed in case of natural manufacturing flaws. If the purchased item is defective within 30 days after the receivement, it is necessary for the customer to send photos to our email or whatsapp, and after analyzing the case, the instructions for posting the product for return will be sent. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.

It is important to note that this request will go through an evaluation process, with the possibility of being considered inadequate and presenting an unfavorable report to the complaint.

We will refuse the exchange in the following cases:

1) Absence of defect (not finding the damage pointed out by the customer);

2) Indications of improper use of the product (stains);

3) Natural wear due to use;

4) Improper washing and maintenance of the product.


In any purchase made on our website, the customer can request the cancellation of the order within 7 days after the purchase. If the product has already left our logistics center, the customer must not accept the order at the time of delivery, so that the product returns to our center. If the customer accepts the delivery, the cost of return (freight) will be borne by the customer.

If the payment for the purchase was made via credit card, the refund can be made in up to 2 subsequent invoices, through the payment system. If the payment was made by bank deposit or bank transfer, we will make the return within 2 working days, by  the bank details informed by the customer at the time of the cancellation.

In all cancellation options, the chargeback procedure is only carried out after receiving the product at our Distribution Center.


If the merchandising is returned to the sender, due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or an unknown recipient at the location, the cost for reshipment will be borne by the customer, and must be paid via bank deposit. Therefore, review your delivery information at the time of purchase. If you need to make any changes, after the order has been issued, it is necessary to contact the Customer Service team, via email or whatsapp, so that the change in the order is effective. The change in the registration made by the customer does NOT update the order already completed, only future purchases.
